Kluge Users Recognized at Gold Leaf Awards
Nashville, TN 28 May 2013 — On May 2, the 20th Annual Gold Leaf Awards were held in Nashville in conjunction with the IADD/FSEA Odyssey. This prestigious competition is a culmination of the most creative, brilliant and technically difficult works involving foil stamping, embossing and specialty effects on a product. Judged on design, execution and level of difficulty, thirteen companies were recognized for the outstanding pieces they produced on Kluge presses.

Recently Installed...
Pioneer Printers, Inc. of North Tonawanda, New York, recently installed two Kluge 14x22 EHD Automatic Diecutting and Embossing Presses which upgrades their die cutting fleet. Both presses included Missed Sheet Detector capability and Reversible Register Cam which allows for quick left or right registration.

FSEA/IADD Odyssey Post-Show
There was standing room only at the Kluge session: Foil Stamping and Make-Ready Challenges – Soft Touch Coating and Digital Ink. Michael Aumann, speaker, and Mutt Wilson, operator, presented the topic using the Kluge 14x22 EHF Foil Stamping, Embossing and Diecutting Press. Highlights of the event were the Kluge User Group Meeting held on April 30 and the Gold Leaf Awards held on May 2.
