The Kluge Small Carton TransTable III Converting Unit adds versatility to your folder gluer. The unit comprises of two converting stations. These 3-foot long conveyor-like tables features four 2-1/2" wide belts and can be configured for gluing, taping, plow folding, airgate folding and bump 90.
The TransTable III Converting Unit includes the following key accessories:

Tab turn plows - plow fold various weights of small panels

Crossbars - used to attach and position turn plows, swords and other accessories

Positioning clamps - allows crossbars to be adjusted and locked into position

Hand wheel - for manually advancing or reversing stock, facilitates speedy make-readies

Various sized drive wheels - drives stock in conjunction with the fold table belts
- Narrow reinforced folding sword attachment - allows users to glue extremely close to folding score
- Airgate folding module - creates crossfolds without rollers on thick stocks
- 18" and 33" top belt drives - delivers continuous drive and pressure to products
- Stacker paper guides - maintains position of shingled products in the stacker delivery area.
