The Angled Bucklefolder for Kluge folder gluers is a portable unit that functions similarly to the Flip Gate and is used for converting presentation folder pockets and similar products. Segmented fold rollers add flexibility by allowing adjustment to accommodate glue lines. Additional design features such as slotted plates and drip trays make the Bucklefolder completely compatible with the glue applicators and in turn this reduces clean up.
One of the key advantages of the Kluge Bucklefolder is that it is capable of producing pocket folders up to 40% faster than using the Flip Gate alternative. This advantage is applicable to heavy and light stocks.
The fold plate is equipped with a hand wheel, removable plate fingers and an easy to use adjustment scale with micro-adjustment.
Also available is our patented Vertical Bucklefolder design which eliminates wrinkling (or crows feet) on thick stocks while maintaining maximum operating speeds.
