General
Feeding Area
- Friction Feeder - Stock is fed from the bottom of the pile using sheet separator calipers and belts
- Vacuum Feeder - Includes dual vacuum wheels and blow pipes.Tool-less technology allows for simple manifold position adjustment
- Electrical Controls - From the control panel, the user can operate the start, stop, jog and speed controls of all modular sections
Converting Area
- High-end 4 or 8 Channel Controller - Used to operate a variety of devices such as hot or cold glue and taping heads
- 3ft (IL-3), 6ft (IL-6) and 9ft (IL-9) Inline Units - Kluge Inline Units provide additional converting length. This feature provides the base unit to which accessories can be fixed
- Fold Hook Kit - For various auto-lock bottom applications
- Multiple Friction Fed Tipping and Placing Options
- Automatic Tape Head
- Flip Gate - Creates cross-folds
- Bump 90 - Rotates stock 90 degrees for folding and gluing
- 18", 33" and 36" Top Belt Drives - Delivers continuous drive and pressure to products. Recommended for faster set-up times and improved production speeds
- Friction-fed Inserter - For placement of an item inline for folding & gluing
