Start with least aggressive suckers
Every stock type, weight, finish etc. will have its own sucker selection that will ensure optimal performance of your press. When configuring your press for a new job, a general rule of thumb is to begin with less aggressive suckers and work your way up to more intense models until required performance is reached. For example, start with the blue 63128 & 63129's. These have a .0625" suction hole. If these do not suffice, step up to the NEW 66653 cone suction cup with 66654 rubber sucker. We suggest that these are used to help alleviate double sheet feeding problems. The .171" hole allows only for a small amount of suction making it ideal for light weight stock. Again, if more suction is required move on to the red SA4181 & SA4182's with a .220" hole, and so on.
The chart below illustrates our entire line of Kluge suckers and generally describes their uses
